Every year the same thing happens: the season opens, everybody remembers what they needed, and the good used rifles are already gone.
If you're planning for the season, come early. That's when the selection is best and the counter isn't three deep.

Straight answers
Are you a licensed gun dealer?
Yes. Columbia Pawn & Rental is FFL licensed and every transfer goes by the book, including the required federal background check.
Can I transfer a gun I bought online to you?
Call (601) 736-9400 before you buy so we can confirm the details and our transfer fee — then have the seller ship it to our FFL.
Do you buy guns?
Yes, and we also make pawn loans on them if you'd rather get it back later. Bring a valid photo ID.
Do you have ammo?
We stock common hunting and range calibers. Availability moves with the season and the market, so call ahead for anything specific.
How old do I have to be?
Federal law sets the minimum age at 21 for handguns from a licensed dealer and 18 for long guns. We'll walk you through the paperwork at the counter.
Do you take trades?
All the time. Bring what you've got and we'll work out the difference on something in the case.
